1: Online Booking Procedures:

If you would like to book one of our trips online, please contact us prior to doing so, in order to ensure that places are still available for that trip.

Please send us the completed booking forms and liability waiver including the deposit to our US mailing address.

Upon reception of your reservation and deposit we will send you a confirmation letter, detailed information about the trip including itinerary, recommendations for preparation, equipment list etc.

2: Payment:

Prices shown on the website are in US Dollars. 50% of the trip price are due as a deposit, the balance payment is due 30 days prior to trip departure. In case the booking is made within 30 days before departure, full payment is due upon booking.

Payments can be made by check, transfer, credit card, or wire via PayPal.

For credit card payments: Please fill out the following information, or simply fill in the appropiate fields in our booking form, and we will deduct the appropriate amount from your credit card.
